On Thursday, 25th of June 2009 the conference “IT consolidation in times of the recession” in cooperation of COMPUTERWELT and VIRTUALIZATION CONSOLIDATION ACADEMY took place.

After the official welcome and opening by Zoran Jovanovic, Founder of VIRTUALIZATION CONSOLIDATION ACADEMY, Dr. Manfred Weiss, Publisher of COMPUTERWELT, was moderating the conference.

International technology leaders presented their consolidation initiatives and use cases which help to simplify the IT infrastructure of the near future in order to save costs.

Rounding off this one-day conference there was a relaxing “Get-Together” in the Business Lounge of VCA where culinary delicacies and selected wines got served.
