Since the opening in February 2008 the Virtualization Consolidation Academy has won 27 Business Partners in Austria, Germany, Central- and Eastern Europe.

A certified partner of Prosper Intelligence has the obligation to participate in training of the Virtualization Consolidation Academy and to educate a reasonable number of employees, sales and technical. CiRBA Dynamic data centre Intelligence (DDCI) helps administrators to plan and check non-virtualized and virtualized infrastructure more efficiently. CiRBA offers the possibility to look through different consolidations solutions in the data centre and to fond the best suitable.

Objectives: At the end of the course, students will have a good understanding of the CiRBA Data Center Intelligence solution architecture and data acquisition strategies; and be able to collect data and analyze it using the CiRBA software.

Audience: VCA partners and practitioners who will be using CiRBA for consolidation and virtualization analysis assessments, including the data collection and validation processes. The course covers a broad spectrum of CiRBA features and functionality and provides attendees with the fundamentals required for advanced learning through add-on workshops.

DataCore Software Corporation presents a three-day, SANsymphony Planning, Installing and Management course. This course is designed to provide SAN storage administrators with the tools, knowledge and practical experience to successfully plan, implement and manage a SAN environment in which DataCore software is used for storage management, virtualization and availability.

Objectives: At the end of this training, the student will be able to:
    * Describe the DataCore SANsymphony product offerings
    * Discuss High Availability considerations in a SAN environment
    * Identify components of a SAN installation
    * Develop an installation plan for a SAN environment
    * Configure a SAN with DataCore Storage Domain Servers, disk arrays and Application Servers
    * Test the SAN and monitor SAN traffic
    * Deploy the SAN and Software in accordance with current best practices

Classroom courses are held in VCAcademy, Schwarzenbergplatz 3, 1010 Vienna. All virtualization courses include hands on training. Course duration is every day between 09:00 and  16:00 unless otherwise noted. Every student will work on his own Thin Client. Small learning groups of maximum 8 students guarantee optimal learning.
