PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments)

Prince2
is a structured method for effective project management and the current standard in Britisch authorities. This method is used and recognized internationally, in private companies and in public authorities.
 
Prince2 divides the project management process into eight main processes. This structure is based on the different phases of a project, different orientation in the context and responsibilities. Each main process consists of three sub-processes.
